Exhibit Space Rentals:

The Exhibit Hall is in Grand Salons 1-4, next to the Scientific sessions in Grand Salon 5-8
Each Display Includes:
Application must be submitted with 100% of payment for Exhibit Space has been confirmed. Cancellations received in writing on or before Monday, August 31, 2026 will be subject to a 25% administrative fee. No refunds are possible for cancellations received after Monday, August 31, 2026. Payment may be made online once the application has been confirmed and checks should be made payable to the Southern Thoracic Surgical Association and mailed to:
