Residents Reception

Time: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm ET
Cost: Complimentary
Residents and medical students are encouraged to attend this function to meet other residents and students, and network with leaders in the field.

President’s Mixer
Thursday, November 4
Time: 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm ET
Cost: Complimentary
Gather with fellow meeting attendees for an evening of networking and fun.

Attendees receive two tickets with registration. Additional tickets may be purchased for $25.00.

Dinner Gala
Friday, November 5
Reception: 7:00 pm – 7:30 pm ET
Dinner: 7:30 pm – 10:00 pm ET

Cost:  $125 per adult / $40 per child (ages 12 and younger)

Advance registration is recommended. A limited number of tickets will be sold on site.

Join fellow meeting attendees and their families for the always-memorable Dinner Gala, complete with a cocktail reception, dinner, awards and music entertainment. Black tie or cocktail attire is welcome; come comfortable and prepared for an evening of fun with friends, families and colleagues!
